I think Ring/Blink doorbells would be much better for this functionality.... but, I cannot see why it wouldn't be possible if you have the flic hub and don't mind using say IFTTT for it. Home Assistant won't work.

The button keeps dropping out. I have an iPad Pro using Forscore for music page turning.
The Button keeps dropping out of the Bluetooth connection and then does not reconnect.
I get a green signal light that suggests the button works, however it doesn't.
At first the button worked fine, then suddenly doesn't. -
Hello
I want either Google Home Assistant to ring or a chime to sound on my and my wife's mobile when someone clicks on the Flic button. The goal is to use the button as a doorbell, which also works when we are not at home. (alternatively at least when we are in the house).
Is there a way to do this? Possibly also with the help of third-party apps like Zapier or something like that
Thanks for any ideas and suggested solutions

I am using the this module to connect my Flic Hub with a Home Assistant instance running locally on a Raspberry Pi 5. I recently added a self-signed TLS certificate to my Home Assistant instance and am now getting a TlsFailure error fom the http_class used within the module.
I am hoping there is a way to disable the TLS check, Home Assistant provides the verify_ssl: false option. I am looking for something similar to curl --insecure / -k but within the HTTP Class.
