<![CDATA[Flics / Hub will not add to alexa]]>So I have followed instructions and tried the following:-

-Removing my Hub from the app.

  • Removing all buttons from the app / hub
  • adding the hub and buttons - some to the hub, some to the phone.
  • adding Alexa actions + renaming the buttons
  • disabling / enabling the skill.

When I scan for new devices nothing is found and no option in 'Smart Home' I'm Alexa app for Flic.

Any ideas???

I have noticed a push notification in the flic app saying Alex : Unauthorized. When I click it takes me no where... Not sure what I can do other than disable / enable the skill.

Then tell me if you get any error message in a notification?

You need to have internet on your phone active and then connect to the hub using the app. At that point it will link the hub to your flic user account.

Can you make sure the app on your phone has internet access at the moment you connect to the hub?

You need to log in with your Flic account in that skill.

What is the serial number of your hub? Is it connected to the internet?
