Simulate flic button

I am developer from Russia, unfortunately, I cannot order flic button to Russia.
I am developing a flic cordova plugin for the iOS plutform.
Is it possible to simulate flic button on iPhone?

Not even for development in android emulator? Even from command line would be good enough.

Unfortunately there is no way to simulate Flics for third party apps at this time.
