      Hello,

I am an experienced Homekit user and a newbie with Home Assistant (although I already have about 100 entities added to Home Assistant). I cannot get my Flic buttons to work with either service. I originally was able to add the hub and the buttons to HK but their response to the buttons was intermittent. So I removed the hub from HK and tried to re-add it but now it won't return into HK. I have tried to do a factory reset on the hub by inserting a paperclip into the little hole next to the red light on the hub. I have held down the button on several occasions from 15 seconds to 40 seconds and the red light just stays solid red. When I reopen the Flic app it hasn't erased any of my settings for my 3 buttons or the hub. I have used AI to assist me in getting these into either HK or HA with no success. I have updated the firmware on both the hub and the app. I have rebooted my router. The buttons currently respond in the Flic app but that's all. What is wrong?

@gerald That is very strange. Could you please shoot a video showing where you hold down the pin hole for 10-15 seconds (not less, not more), also including the LED indicator in the video?

@Emil I did try 10 - 15 seconds on 2 attempts and that did not work. Then I read in a forum that someone suggested 20 - 25 seconds. I made 4 attempts.

@gerald Where did you read that you should hold down the pin hole for 15 to 40 seconds? Our manual at https://flic.io/manuals/flichublr states that you need to hold it down for 10 to 15 seconds. Please try this.
