I can't connect, I get "Critical error" message (see pic).
I tried:

  • button reset
  • removing battery
  • phone/bluetooth reset
  • App reinstall
  • Add/remove button from bluetooth devices on mobile phone

I'm using Moto Z Play, Android 7.1.1
