What is the pinout for the IR port?
My receiver, like many receivers, can issue CEC commands via IR commands. Plugging a cable directly into the IR port of the receiver greatly increases reliability ( there is also an IR out port which can be sniffed as well; this port is not universal and there are limitations by different manufactures ).
Being able to reliably control CEC opens up a wide array of possible interactions with a flic button.
