    Flic button has a constant glow. Won't reset

      Hi. AS soon as I put a battery in, the button starts glowing (not pulsating) and it's not discoverable through either an iPhone or a Mac. I tried pressing the button for 30 seconds to factory reset it, but it still just keeps the constant glow.
      What can I do?

        It generally means the battery has a too low voltage for the Flic to operate. Did you try a new battery?
