Programming Flic app vs Filemaker solution

I am a programmer for Filemaker solution.

My customer has a request:

In each shelf of his stock he wants to add a smart button and if he pushes it will send a command to order this article. He wants to get any value back into Filemaker so he know from which button it is send.

Can the Flic button do that?

In my case it is Windows.
Do we have Flic app for windows?
