My Alexa Routines do not seem to be triggering. Within the Alexa app, I can click ‘run’ and it works. But when I click the flick button it doesn’t. Anyone else experienced this and is there a knack to getting it to work! For instance should it be added as the first action before I add others such as turn off lights etc etc?

@Emil yep I did that. I already have the flic skill and is connected. I added the Alexa action in the flic app and in the Alexa app created the routine selecting the trigger of flic- click etc. however, when I press the flic button all other actions outside of the routine happens, I.e turn off lights and music etc but the Alexa routine does not trigger….. the routine must be fine in itself as I could go on the Alexa app on the routine and click run and it’s runs perfectly. All connected to the internet so cloud to cloud should not be a problem. Just not sure why it is not running. …

@daniel-silcock You should just need to add the Alexa action to the button in the Flic app. Then, in the Alexa app add the Flic skill and login to the Flic account. That will let you add triggers. Be sure to have your Flic hub or phone connected to the internet, as this is a cloud to cloud action.
