      Hi,

      I've just dug out my old Flic Hub 1st Gen, powered it up and it doesnt show up in the app under nearby hubs.
      Searching bluetooth it also doesnt show up.

      I've followed the instructions for a user data reset and a factory reset but neither seem to be happening.

      Hub has a solid red light on it, and this doesnt change at any point.
      How can i confirm if the factory reset has initiated or completed?
      I'm using a 1a power supply and have tried a few different ones in case it was under powered.

      What should i do next?
