Adjust time zone

Hello, please forgive me if this has been answered and my search just didn't turn it up, but is there a way for me to change the time zone on the time stamp I get back when requesting the "click time"? I've created a flow in Power Automate, and it turns out the default is UTC, but I'd like it to be EST.
