Hub says needs update but can't

Hello,

I have a Hub LR that was on the latest firmware, but I had to factory reset it. After that, it has reverted back to 3.0.3 firmware it shipped with and it prompts me to update, but when I hit update it tells me it's already on the latest.

I assume there is a flag in your backend system that says it's already been updated (seems like a strange way to implement that if so?) - hub serial is HBACF01-35461.

Might be worth looking into that as seems like an undesirable bug

@Emil It was before the factory reset which put it back to 3.0.3 as reported in the app. I heard via email that someone fixed it in the backend and I should be able to try updating again, just checked for updates and now it is back on 4.2.4 as of 2 minutes ago.

@ESH According to our backend your hub is at version 4.2.4, latest checked 45 minutes ago. Could you please check in the Settings menu while connected to the hub if this is the case?
