Can’t find Flic Universal

Hi,
I’m trying to set up the functionality shown here. This allows a Flic Button to run iOS shortcuts.
There is supposed to be away in Universal to run a shortcut that has been assigned a keyboard combo.
However, the App does not show Universal. Is that functionality still available, and if so where do I find it?

I have been able to make this work on my iPhone, but only if I turn on Full Keyboard Access. But that means that the phone keyboard no longer works. The phone only accepts input from the external device. In this case the Flic button that now looks like an external keyboard to the phone.
Is there a way around this?

@kerry-thacher the action should definitely be there for Flic 2 buttons, as long as they are directly connected to a phone/tablet (not through flic hub).
