      @willliam

      In your app on your phone, is the 'Twist' under the phone tab or the Hub tab. I would assume, it would have to be under the Hub tab so that it auto connects to that and then use the radio instead of bluetooth.

      I don't know what I'm talking about so try that until someone who does shows up to help. Most people will not help you until someone else posts a wrong answer... so here is that hook.

      I'm also wanting to add it to a flic Device manager so if we add more hubs we can centrally manage them. I am unable to get this one to authenticate

      @Emil
      Thank you for the quick response.

      I will see if our network team will be able to help us. I'll mention the TCP ports 80/443 and UDP 53. The hub reports that a test of the internet works but it can't send button triggers through it. We are in a corporate environment, so I certainly do not have access to the routers in any way.

      They might not appreciate me WireSharking their network. Most products that have network ports on them publish the MAC addresses on the item's casing or a sticker on the box it came in.

      If this doesn't work, we'll be returning the product as this might not function well for us in a professional work environment. One with lots of security, anyway.

      I want this work though. I love the product for person use.

      I've just purchased a Flic Hub LR for use at work. We want it for Microsoft Power Automate triggers. So far so good. If my testing goes well, this might be a solution a few more in the company might want to consider too.

      Our network must be blocking some ports that are required to be opened between the hub and the external internet.

      What do I need to ask our network guys to do for me to make the hub work. Minimum ports TCP/UDP. I know it works on my phones hotspot because that is totally open, but I want this device to be wired.

      I will also have to give them the mac address of the hub too. Not sure where to find that out yet.
