This is so important! I think Shortcut Labs want to be a nice company, but they found a dodgy standard policy that they took to be safe. If your agreement is binding though it’s too bad because they won’t be able to answer it...
The policy link is probably a real biggie also. With GDPR coming into effect in EU next year I think that’s the sort of thing that they can be fined for.
I just got IKEA TRÅDFRI bulbs and gateway for my home, now that they’re compatible with HomeKit. I was planning to use them with Flics, and ordered a Flic hub for this, but now I can’t connect. I’m using iOS 11.1 on the same network as the gateway, everything is updated and both the TRÅDFRI app and HomeKit can connect without problems. Flic app is also the latest version (the one that says it fixes IKEA bugs...) so I’m wondering if the latest gateway update broke it again?
Can anyone confirm or is it just me?
I just got IKEA TRÅDFRI lights for my flat, now that they work with HomeKit. I intend to use Flics to control it too, but the Flic app cannot find my gateway. It’s on the same network and both the IKEA app and HomeKit work fine. Has something happened recently, has it been broken for some time or am I the only one having issues?
