    • RE: How to change flic 2 battery?

      @daniel-abdiu
      Glad I found this thread! My flics have been dying a slow death as I could never get the #@$%$@! battery cover open despite how easy it is on YouTube 😒 I have the Clip accessory but could not for the life of me still get the battery cover open with it. So I used the scissor method (counter-clockwise turn) and that worked, but I almost sliced open my thumb as I was going through all my flics replacing the batteries … be careful with this method! Probably why they don’t even mention it as a solution, but it’s the only solution working for me. Be careful out there! 😜 Oh … and Function over Form please, and thank you! 😬

    • RE: How to get flic 2 button support

      @Emil Hi - someone from flic support replied back to my support case email this morning, so I am good now. Thank you for the response.

    • How to get flic 2 button support

      Hi - I have several flic 2 buttons, and one stopped working. I submitted a ticket online last week and they responded telling me to change the battery, which I did and still did not fix the issue. The button will not pair and only flashes red (so I think this one is now defective). I can’t get any further response from them when I let them know the above. I then forwarded that email string to this support email address but haven’t heard back yet: support@flic.io

      Am I doing the right thing to get support? Just a bit frustrated at a lack of response/follow-up and want to know how to handle. Thanks.
