A new twist can't connect either - brand new out of box. Tried to remove hue bridge, app crashes.
It's broken. Still.

ok to add. The app isn't fixed. I go to add providers - click hue and it crashes.
@oskar ok the app isn't crashing now but half of my twists dont work.
I have 8 in my house.
Some work fine, some dont.
The LED segments light up, the hubs LED flashes when the twist button is pressed.
Thought it would be the app but it's not.
Deleted the app, rebooted the hub, reinstalled the app. Deleted the twist off the app, restarted the app.
I tried it with a simple Alexa routine - so not connected to my Hue hubs at all - purely alexa 'when button is pressed' and nothing happens (even though it should turn off my air purifier' but it doesn't work. Commands are not working.
So now what? Why are only 2 of my twists working and the other 5 are not - a hub issue?
@atticusvayne got a reply from support who think it’s an app issue on iOS.
Any android users with this issue?
Guessing iOS updates have screwed with the app.
Also noticed half of my twists are now not working at all. Their LEDs work, the hub LED blinks to show it’s received the command but nothing happens.
The app keeps crashing when I pick anything in the 'advanced' section within 'push and twist' on any of my twists. I've tried removing one and re adding as new but still crashes the app.
I've deleted the app, re-added the hub and tried a blank twist but the sea thing happens every time.
All other setting options are fine - other twists I've already configured are fine but I can't change any of the 'advanced' settings.
latest app, latest iOS, iPhone 14 Pro Max .
Bene working fine up to today - although could have been an issue before had I not tried to re-configure my advanced settings.
I have a group of lights in Alexa that are from different manufacturers. I can turn on and off the group and set brightness / colour in Alexa.
How do I set this group to be on the 'brightness' on the twist? I can only use the native brightness command on my Flic with Hue - so how do I tell Alexa I want to dim the group not just turn it on or off?
I can set 'advanced dimming' on the flick twist to be on at 100% and off at 0% in Alexa and the flic app BUT this doesn't do the bits in between.
Do I need to set up 'advanced' in push and twist and set each segment at say 10% increments? This can't be right?
Also- how do I toggle the group on and off on the push of the button on the twist.
At the moment I have lights on - push lights off double push (via Alexa)
To be fair on Shortcut Labs - they did reach out and send me some more adhesives. They also sent me some bigger ones to try out and I think the new ones are working fine.
And another has just fallen. Been up all day and now hit the floor and the wall mount cover smashed.
Clearly these adhesive pads are utter crap
Just heard another one fall off the wall and hit the floor - this was a brand new adhesive. It's a smooth wall. It's also damaged the wall not from the adhesive but when it hit the wall and fell to the floor!
Finally got my 10x Twists.
Several have the adhesive pads missing.
3 of the ones I've mounted fall off the walls. Doesn't seem to hold with the included pad.
The instructions also say M3 screws - but they are not suitable for wall mounting because the thread is flat - even in the promo they dont actually show them going into the wall - the drill they show isn't drilling!
So other than magnetic what's the best way to mount the twist so they can be removed easily?
