@oskar sent support a video. A new twist can't connect either - brand new out of box. Tried to remove hue bridge, app crashes.

One of my two flic twists was missing the adhesive.
I am using command strips. So far so good. I've one in place for a couple of weeks. I am using the command strip that is similar to velcro.
